About Tom Fleckenstein

    Tom Fleckenstein has built a career and reputation by diligently helping others. He is known for his ability to bring parties together for common goals, and for zealous courtroom advocacy for his clients. He represents his clients with a keen ability to get to the bottom of the issues and solving complicated problems.

     Tom Fleckenstein is a graduate of Niagara University, and received his law degree from The Columbus School of Law at Catholic University. Tom is a former Assistant and Deputy State’s Attorney for Anne Arundel County, and has handled hundreds of criminal and civil trials throughout Maryland. 

     Mr. Fleckenstein is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association, and has served as a Division Chair and Trustee of the Anne Arundel County Bar Association since 2007. He has been appointed by the Anne Arundel County Circuit Court to serve as a Children's Privilege Attorney and Child's Best Interest Attorney, as well as a Special Administrator by the Orphan's Court for Anne Arundel County.

About Charles A. Puher

       Charles A. Puher is the newest Associate Attorney with the Law Office of Thomas J. Fleckenstein.  Charles graduated from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington, with a degree in English. Charles then attend Elon University School of Law in Greensboro, North Carolina. Charles completed a residency at A.G. Linett & Associates, where he primarily worked in Workers’ Compensation and Personal Injury. Charles interned at the North Carolina Industrial Commission, and the Vallario Law Group. 


     Charles strives to deliver personalized legal representation through his legal knowledge, organization, time management, efficient communication, and interpersonal skills.  A native of Davidsonville, Maryland Charles enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, and staying active.
